A New Era in the History of the Pen

The idea behind Epoca was to design a pen with an ergonomically correct shape. The Post Office requested such a pen because their staff wrote a lot every day and complained of fatigue and pain in their hands. As a result, Epoca was given a unique shape that was unlike any other pen in the early 1960s, but which we all recognize today.

For more than two years, the pen was tested and trialed, both by hand and in special testing machines. Eventually, Epoca was launched in two models: Epoca P and Epoca Luxe, and the rest, as they say, is history.
