Cast your face and create a mask, moulded around a balloon, using one of the following materials:

• Clay
• Cardboard
• Metal mesh

To use plaster bandage:

• Cut the plaster bandage to your desired length.
• Dip the cut pieces in water for a few seconds until they are evenly moistened.
• Shape the moistened bandage to your liking.

Important: You can leave plaster in a separate container at the recycling centre. Never put plaster in combustible waste containers or in your normal rubbish bag.
