Exercise Bands on a Roll

Exercise bands on a roll that are easily cut to the desired lengths. Thera-Band was introduced by Medema in the 70s and has since been an important part of both rehabilitation and training.

The exercise bands can be used to perform a variety of muscle strengthening exercises. Thera-Band is suitable for all forms of muscle training, regardless of muscle status or diagnosis.

The exercise band is delivered on a roll and then cut to the desired lengths:

• Colour: Red = medium resistance
