Construction Site Diary for Documentation of Works

According to AB 04, the contractor is required to maintain a diary documenting circumstances that are important to the contract. The diary should include the following:

• Weather Conditions
• Workforce
• Directives
• Inspections
• Work Started
• Work in Progress
• Finished Work
• Deviations
• Disturbances
• Changes

The diary is maintained in report sets of three copies (original + 2 self-copying copies). Additionally, it includes the Protection Round Report, which is also kept in report sets of three copies (original + 2 self-copying copies).
