Construction diary A4 60 days

Construction site diary for documentation of works. AB 04 states that the contractor must keep a diary of circumstances of importance to the contract. Notes that are kept in the diary are weather conditions, workforce, directives, inspections, work started, work in progress, finished work, deviations, disturbances and changes, etc. The diary is written in report sets of three copies (original + 2 self-copying copies).
