POP by ActiveS

POP to increase the activity of primary school pupils during the school day. Developed by ActiveS together with head teachers, teachers and pupils! Current brain research shows that a short, active break during lesson time sharpens the brain's ability to absorb, process and remember information. When you move, you become more alert, happier, concentration increases and creativity improves. - POP includes 4 sound-absorbing wall tiles, 8 wooden studs with screws for hanging, 2 posters with exercises, 9 puzzle mats, 1 half balance ball with accompanying pumo, 2 hand weights, 1 weight bag / "kettlebell", 2 rubber bands, 2 storage bags. - In addition to these great products, teacher's guides and suggestions for lesson planning and parental information have been developed together with head teachers and current research. It is installed on the wall in or near the classroom and the pupil can go there alone or in pairs to follow a movement path and thus move effectively. The POP concept is based on research, but also on the ideas of creative students and educators - POP by ActiveS becomes a practical everyday tool that re-energises, breaks sedentary behaviour and contributes to peace of mind, and can be linked to the curriculum.
