The Kingston IronKey Keypad 200 is an operating system independent hardware encrypted USB stick with an alphanumeric keypad for easy PIN code use. The KP200 is equipped with 256-bit hardware-based XTS-AES encryption. It is also FIPS 140-3 Level 3 certified (approval pending) for security for military use with further developments that further strengthen data protection. Its circuitry is covered by a layer of special epoxy that makes it virtually impossible to remove components without damaging them. The hardened epoxy coating prevents tampering with semiconductor components. The memory is designed so that any tampering is visible so that the holder is immediately warned. It is also equipped with total scan attack protection to crack the password and BadUSB protection with digitally signed firmware. The alphanumeric keypad is coated with a polymer layer that protects the keys and prevents fingerprint-based analysis of key usage.
