ABENA Zinc Ointment (water-in-oil emulsion) is intended for skin care as a protective barrier. It contains 20% zinc oxide, which is known for its antiseptic properties and helps to soothe irritated and/or red skin. It leaves a protective barrier on the skin for up to 8 hours, minimising contact with liquids and faeces. It is a suitable product for people at risk of developing incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD) and/or for people at risk of developing bedsores. It can also be used on babies with nappy rash. In addition, the zinc ointment is highly moisturising as it contains allantoin, which soothes the skin. Free from colourants and perfume. For daily skin care/restoration of the skin. Can be used frequently. Apply and rub in gently in a thin layer. Dose as needed. Easy to apply and easy to remove again. This product should only be used externally on the body.
